The Little Prince

It was yesterday that I found an aged copy – a 1962 Puffin Book – of Saint-Exupery’s “The Little Prince” at our home bookshelf. I read it on the train today, and was both surprised and glad to find an unique world that I, in many ways, yearn for. It gives a nice touch to all the small things - or shall I say, "matters which are of no consequence" to an adult. And it does so like this:

"The stars are beautiful, because of a flower that cannot be seen"
"
What makes the desert beautiful, is that somewhere it hides a well..."
